Avocado Toast with Smoked Salmon
INGREDIENTS:
- sourdough bread
- avocado
- lemon juice
- salt & pepper
- TJ everything but the bagel smoked salmon
- cherry tomatoes
- optional: red pepper flakes or cayenne
DIRECTIONS:
- Toast bread.
- Smash avocado.
- Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and spice.
- Top with smoked salmon and cherry tomatoes.
