Paleo Crispy Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pound chicken
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 egg whisked
- coconut oil for frying
DIRECTIONS:
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces
Mix almond flour and spices in one bowl. In another bowl, whisk the egg
Coat the chicken in the egg first and then almond flour mix.
Add coconut oil to a pan and cook chicken for 2-4min per side. You will probably need to do this in two batches.
