Protein Powder Muffin
High Protein, Microwave Muffin
INGREDIENTS:
- Orgain chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp black cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites or two egg whites
- 1 tbsp monkfruit or coconut sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine protein powder, baking powder, cocoa powder, and sweetener.
2. Add almond milk and egg whites. Mix until smooth.
3. Optional: Mix in chocolate chips!
4. Microwave for 1 minute.
