Healthy Banana Bread
Refined Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free
1.) Preheat oven to 350 and line a pan with parchment paper.
2.) Mash the bananas and mix with eggs, vanilla, coconut oil, and monkfruit sweetener. You can also use coconut sugar.
3.) In another small bowl, mix almond flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4.) Gently stir dry ingredients into wet without over-beating the bananas.
5.) Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
6.) Bake for 45-55 minutes.
