Stir Fry Brown Rice with Shrimp

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1.  Heat pan with olive oil and sauté carrots, peas, onion, and mushrooms. Cook for 3~ minutes before adding garlic. 
  2. Create a space in the middle of the pan and crack an egg. Scramble the egg with the vegetables. 
  3. Add pre-cooked brown rice, coconut aminos, and pre-cooked shrimp. 
  4. Add salt, pepper, and optional: red pepper flakes.
