Freezer Fudge
No-Bake, Healthy Treat
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup smooth nut butter (cashew or almond)
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup monkfruit sweetener
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix almond butter and melted coconut oil.
2. Add cacao powder, monkfruit sweetener, sea salt and vanilla.
3. Line a 9in dish with parchment paper and fill with mixture.
4. Top with salt and store in the freezer for two or more hours.
5. When firm, slice and enjoy!
