- 1 egg, 2 egg whites
- Sliced turkey breast
- Mashed avocado
- In a pan, warm up the turkey slices.
- Remove the turkey from the pan and use it to scramble eggs and egg whites.
- Toast the bread while the eggs cook.
- Add eggs, turkey, avocado, and sliced tomatoes.
