- 30 squats holding dumbbell (20+ pounds)
- 20 hip thrusts with band above knees, weight on pelvis
- 20 single leg hip thrusts with band above knees, weight on pelvis (10 each leg)
- 30 frog kicks, lying on bench with band above knees
- 30 sumo squats, holding dumbbell
- 30 split squat, using bench
- 30 deadlifts with dumbbells
