1. Preheat oven to 450 and bake crust for 20 minutes, flipping it halfway.
2. Sauteé mushrooms and garlic in pan with olive oil or butter
3. Mix the cheeses and add half of it to the crust, add half the mushrooms, add the remaining cheese, and then the remaining mushrooms. Sprinkle with truffle salt.
6. Broil for 4-5 minutes and top with arugula!
