20 hip thrusts with band above knees, weight on pelvis
20 single leg hip thrusts with band above knees, weight on pelvis (10 each leg)
30 frog kicks, lying on bench with band above knees
30 sumo squats, standing on bench
30 split squat, using bench
REPEAT CIRCUT 3 TIMES
